Speaking of JL8: Love this!
Also this went right past me until an RPGer pointed it out. Hal's Boy Scout troop are all future Green Lanterns! The leader is even called Mr. Scott! That's why Barry and J'onn needed rings!
I guess you can tell I'm not exactly a Green Lantern fan......

My son tried to point that out but I don't follow Green Lantern either so I had no idea what he was saying. All I recognized was John Stewart because I remember little dolls of him in claw machines back in the late 90s or so.

And silly me....I just realized where they are camping. They went to "Mastodon State Park", which actually doesn't exist, as it's been renamed "Mastodon State Historic Site" which really DOES exist, about 40 miles south of me, and about 10 miles from where I grew up. I should have known Yale would use a local landmark!

I don't think we've had any Bigfoot sightings, tho.

Wait....does that mean the JL lives *here*? cool

LOL!! I know those old Hostess ads! They had some with the Joker that I remember. I don't remember this one though.

Kate, who appreciates having an old fanboy in the family with old comics he let me read

So what is it about success that turns people into idiots? Do they just get so full of themselves they just think everyone they meet wants to see a questionable selfie of themselves?
I like this comic strip. Come on, guy! Get back on track and do some more.

Kate, who doesn't get this aspect of the selfie craze

LOL! All I can think of is 'oh,dear,oh,dear.'
I think next week my class's word to explore is going to be 'consequences.'
Yes, 'guy,' the comic strip made you successful and famous. It wasn't something else. Just do 184.
