While spending Saturday afternoon at my parents' place, I was able to get caught up with the Superman comics that my dad has on his Kindle. I also discovered he has been buying "Supersons," the newest DC title. It's about the adventures of Jon Kent and Damian Wayne, or "Robin" to his dad's Batman. (Batman!! Not Barman, though that is funny, Eve.)
At first, the Kents want Jon to keep his powers hidden and he valiantly tries to do as they say, but as of issue #5, Clark tells him to use his powers and try to be friends with Damien because that might be what he needs to develop his abilities.
Damian, so far, is an arrogant brat but he clearly wants to have Jon around to help him explore his own talents, but he will never admit it in a million years.
The dads want them to be friends and learn to trust one another.
Damian is making it an uphill battle for poor Jon.
I like what I've read so far. They can cut down on Damian's arrogant personality at any time, though.
